Coupon Codes

Coupon codes cannot be combined with other coupon codes to purchase merchandise EXCEPT when the customer has been given a store credit coupon code, which can be combined with another coupon code. Discount coupon codes do not apply to sale items unless stated otherwise. Store credit coupon codes apply to all items; full price and sale items.

Shipping Policy

All domestic orders ship free, regardless of the number or size of items. Free shipping applies only to orders shipped anywhere in the United States.  Orders to Canada will incur a shipping charge of $15.00. All other destinations please contact us prior to ordering.

Please advise if you need your order by a certain date, contact us BEFORE your order is placed to make arrangements.

Expedited Shipping

We offer expedited shipping for all orders in the United States, you may select the option to pay an additional $1.49 at checkout to have your order expedited. Free shipping (5-6 business days), or expedited shipping (2-3 business days). Please note the shipping time is estimated after your order has shipped out of our warehouse, not from the time the order is placed. 

How to Return an Item Purchased Online:

Your items must be unworn and in new condition to be eligible for a return. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your item to validate your return. You may contact us by calling (800) 803-0878. Please include your original invoice along with your item, and mail to:

What Do We Accept as Returns?

All unworn, new items (except for manufacture defects), within 30 days of receipt. NO CASH BACK. All returns will be offered as store credit. Do not send an item back if you do not meet these criteria. Any unauthorized or ineligible items returned to Bella Ella Boutique will be returned to sender, COD.


If you would like to exchange your item, Contact Us within 30 days of receipt. Your item should be unworn and in new condition to be eligible for exchange. YOU MUST HAVE AUTHORIZATION FOR AN EXCHANGE BEFORE RETURNING YOUR ITEMS. You are responsible for return shipping. If you are exchanging an item due to dislike or sizing, you are responsible for return shipping to Bella Ella, as well as shipping back to you. If you are exchanging an item due to a product defect, Bella Ella will pay for shipping to Bella Ella and back to you. If you would like to exchange or return your item in store, bring your unworn, new item, along with your sales receipt within 30 days of receipt, to your local Bella Ella Boutique and you will be issued store credit.
