I ordered a couple dresses, all the same size and this one seemed to be two sizes smaller - all the others fit great! I am wondering if this one was marked incorrectly

This dress was far too loose than how the fit was described and the fit guide. The neckline was lower than expected with no hope of alteration to fix. The only part of the dress that fit as expected was the length.

This dress is so adorable! Fits me perfectly but I can’t fasten the clasp in the chest area even though I’m a 36C. And there’s no fix. Bummer!
