Maximize & Drive sales to increase profitability

Lead, Manage & Organize the store according to Bella Ella Boutique policies & expectations

Act as the manager on duty and support employees as the leader in job function

Train new employees in all aspects of sales and store processes

Ensure regular maintenance, cleaning and organization throughout the store

Execute promotional campaigns

Perform cash handling functions, including bank deposits

Maintain a positive attitude towards coworkers and customers in stressful situations

Create and manage employee scheduling needs

Solve problems with limited direction

High School graduate or equivalent

Prefer 2+ years of retail management experience

Able to lift in excess of 20 pounds

Able to stand for long periods of time

Provide exceptional customer service

Demonstrate a management perspective through a balance of delegation and action

Ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and tactically with employees and management

Basic computer skills including browser navigation, software use, and conducting sales

This is a full time position. Compensation plan is composed of a base salary plus commission on all store sales, paid holidays and flexible use paid time off.
