For your convenience, we have set forth a few of our policies in bullet point format for your quick reference.

  • Orders cannot be changed, modified or canceled after checkout has been completed.
  • Non Expedited Shipping orders take 2-3 business days to be processed, and are typically received within 4-7 business days after being shipped.

  • Bella Ella Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen products marked as delivered by the Post Office. If USPS confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to provide a replacement or refund for your order.
  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly during the checkout process. Bella Ella Boutique will not replace or refund lost orders correctly delivered to the provided shipping address.
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to arrive at our warehouse, and 4-5 business days for our team to process your return.
  • Coupon codes and promotional discounts do not carry over to exchanged items, unless the new item for exchange is the same product style as the previous purchase.
  • The amount refunded includes only the original purchase price of the products, and does not include original shipping charges. We do not refund shipping charges paid at the time of order or paid to return the item.
  • Products with a price ending in .97 (for example $9.97) are clearance items, and as such, are unable to be returned or exchanged. These products are final sale items. Please double check the sizing guide or contact us regarding any questions to ensure you choose the correct size.
  • If you purchase an item with a discount of 30%, or more, off of the normal price, the item is final sale and cannot be returned.

Bella Ella Boutique Return Policy

You have 30 days to decide if you love it. If not, you may return or exchange your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in new condition, with tags attached. Purchase verification is required on all returns or exchanges. No exchanges or returns on earrings, clearance, as-is, or final sale items.

You may choose from three options when returning your order:

  1. Money Back Refund. If selecting this option, you are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  2. Exchange. Exchange your item for another from our website. We provide and pay for the cost of the return shipping label.
  3. Store Credit. Receive a full refund of the returned items purchase price (excluding any shipping costs on the original order), in the form of a store credit, which can be used to make a purchase online or in-store. We provide and pay for the cost of the return shipping label.

Bella Ella Boutique reserves the right to deduct appropriate shipping charges from any returned item that doesn't qualify for the correct return reason or meet our product quality standards. Returned items that are worn, washed, damaged (except for manufacturer defects), or are past the return period will be refused. The amount refunded includes only the original purchase price of products, and does not include original shipping charges.We do not refund shipping charges paid at the time of order, or that you may pay to return items to us.

Online Returns

What Do We Accept as Returns?

Your items must be unworn, unwashed, in new condition to be eligible for a return. We do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings, clearance items, as-is, or items marked as final sale. These items will be clearly marked at the time of sale. You must request a return or exchange within 30 days of purchasing your item to obtain a return authorization. Any unauthorized returns will be returned to sender, COD.

The product’s color representation online may vary from the exact color of the merchandise due to photography lenses, lighting conditions, and computer monitor used. Clothing patterns may also vary. These differences do not qualify as defects or damages and will be subject to the same return policies as all other products. We must receive your return within 30 days of the date you request a return on our returns portal. Returns not received within 30 days of a return request will be automatically cancelled. Cancelled returns will be refused and returned to sender.

How to Return or Exchange an Item Purchased Online:

  1. Visit our Returns Portal.
  2. Please include your packing slip or a note with your name and order number in your return package. Failure to do so will cause significant delays in processing your return.
  3. If exchanging an item, we recommend you purchase the replacement item right away from our site to guarantee availability. It will be shipped immediately, and the item you are returning will be processed as a return for a refund.
  4. You will be sent an email with return instructions after your return has been requested.
  5. For returns with the selected Money Back Refund option, the customer is required to pay for all costs associated with returning the item to us, including the cost of the shipping label and any necessary packaging. Bella Ella Boutique will not refund the cost of return shipping. We must receive your return within 30 days of the date you request a return on our returns portal. Returns not received within 30 days of a return request will be automatically cancelled. Cancelled returns will be refused and returned to sender.
  6. For returns with the selected Store Credit or Exchange option you will be provided a return label to ship your order back to us. Place the return label on the outside of the packaging and take to any USPS location or drop off point. You can find your nearest USPS drop off location here. We must receive your return within 30 days of the date you request a return on our returns portal. Returns not received within 30 days of a return request will be automatically cancelled. Cancelled returns will be refused and returned to sender.
  7. Once we receive your return we will process your items as fast as possible, typically within 4-5 business days. You will receive an email notification when your return has completed processing.
  8. If an item is being exchanged, we will contact you to verify the items being sent back to you.
  9. Refunds provided to the original form of payment may take 1-2 weeks to show up on your statement,depending on your bank.

In-Store Returns & Exchanges You may bring your in-store purchase back to any one of our retail locations within 30 days of your purchase for an exchange or refund. Refunds are provided to the original form of payment. If the cardholder is not present, all returns will be issued as store credit. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition with tags attached. Purchase verification is required on all returns or exchanges. You may provide purchase verification in the form of a paper receipt, an emailed receipt, or by locating your purchase in your customer profile. We will not exchange or refund earrings, as-is, clearance, or final sale items. Items with manufacturer defects may be returned or exchanged within 30 days.

Coupon Codes

Unless specifically stated, discount codes cannot be combined with other coupon codes to purchase merchandise. Coupon codes do not apply to sale items, unless specifically stated otherwise. Coupon codes must be used at the time of purchase, and cannot be applied retroactively. Use of a coupon on our site indicates you have read and accepted all the terms and conditions that apply to the specific discount, and to purchasing from us through our website. Coupon codes and promotional discounts do not carry over to exchanged items, unless the new item for exchange is the same product style as the previous purchase.

Shipping Policy

Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout has been completed.

Orders with standard shipping will usually be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders placed with expedited shipping before 12 PM MT will be shipped the same day. Processing and shipping times do not include weekends and holidays, which may delay your order. Other variables out of our control, including inclement weather, may have an impact on shipping times.

You will receive an email containing shipping and tracking information once your order has shipped. If you do not receive the email, please check your junk or spam folders. If you cannot locate the email, send us an email to shipping@bellaellaboutique.com and we will provide you with the shipping information for your order.

If your order has different billing and shipping addresses we will reach out to you to confirm your order. We do this in an effort to minimize fraud, and to confirm the shipping address. We employ an address verification service in partnership with the USPS to automatically verify all addresses. If our automated systems cannot verify your shipping address, we will contact you to verify your shipping address. Both of these situations may delay the processing and shipping times for your order if we cannot reach you prior to shipping your order.

Orders to Canada will incur a shipping charge of $15.00. All other destinations please contact us prior to ordering.

Please advise if you need your order by a certain date, contact us BEFORE your order is placed to make arrangements.

If we receive a package back from the shipping carrier due to the address provided being undeliverable, you are responsible for contacting us and paying the full shipping cost for your item to be reshipped. For any refunds on that order, we are unable to refund the cost originally paid for shipping.

Standard Shipping

All orders shipped within the continental USA over $75.00 receive free standard shipping.

Orders shipped via standard shipping will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days, and will be received within 4-7 business days. The cost for Standard shipping on orders under $75.00 is $5.95.

Expedited Shipping

We offer expedited shipping for all orders in the United States, you may select the option to pay an additional $10 at checkout to have your order expedited. Once the item is shipped you should expect to receive your item within 2-3 business days with expedited shipping. Please note the shipping time is estimated after your order has shipped out of our warehouse, not from the time the order is placed.

Although we provide estimates of the number of days your order will take to arrive, we cannot guarantee your order will arrive within those quoted timeframes. We process and ship most orders within 24 hours. We do not ship on weekends and holidays, which may delay the processing and shipment of your order. Shipping & handling delays, although infrequent, may delay your order. If you would like other shipping options, please contact us prior to ordering. We can provide overnight, next day, and other expedited shipping options upon request.

Lost Packages

If your order does not arrive on time or is lost in transit, we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier. This process can take up to two weeks for the investigation to be completed.

Once the investigation is complete, if your order is confirmed as lost in transit or delivered to a different address than the one provided at checkout, we will replace your items if they are still available. If we cannot replace them, then we will refund your order, as well as any shipping costs. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to issue a refund.

Bella Ella Boutique is not responsible for products marked as delivered by the Post Office. If your tracking information is marked as delivered, but you have not received your items, we recommend waiting another 24-48 hours for your items to be delivered, as USPS can often be delayed on their end. We also recommend checking with nearby neighbors, as occasionally the post office will deliver to a nearby address by mistake.

If you still have not received your order we recommend filing an inquiryhere or contacting USPS directly at 1-800-275-8777. We are happy to help provide any necessary information needed during the inquiry process, however, if USPS confirms the correct delivery of your order, we are unable to provide a replacement or refund for your order.
