Bella Ella Boutique is looking to hire a Fulfillment Specialist. This is a great opportunity for the right individual to get a foot in the door at a fast-growing women’s fashion company!
- Work as part of a multi-person Fulfillment Team to fulfill 500-1500+ packages a day.
- Be on your feet for 8 hours a day, pulling boxes of clothes from shelves and packaging them for customers.
- Maintain 100% accuracy in assembling and shipping orders.
- Work with your team to solve complex logistical problems.
- Prioritize workflow and manage your time
- Use computer and perform data entry as needed
What Type of Person Are We Looking For?
- Excited about working in a fast-paced environment.
- Good problem-solver – doesn’t always need to be told exactly what to do.
- Capable of following instructions (when necessary).
- Works well with a team
- Has a positive attitude, is helpful and friendly, and is fun to work with.
- Able to lift 20 lbs repetitively, up to 50 lbs
