Summer dresses are perfect for when the weather gets so hot you can't stand it but you can't wear fewer clothes.See, guys can just take off their shirts if they get too hot, but there is only so much we can do when we get too hot.I used to be jealous that guys could just take off their shirts and nobody would bat an eye, but then I realized... I don't have to wear pants! How great is that?!
