Whether it's a temporary situation, or your new goal, we've compiled our favorite tips + tricks for staying active and healthy while stuck at home.

Activewear is the perfect place to start. There's no better way to gain motivation to workout than to dress the part. Not to mention that activewear is super comfortable, so transitioning from chilling at home to getting in a workout is so easy!

There are so many options for at home workouts! With just a little bit of research your can find YouTube videos, apps, and articles that include workouts to fit your lifestyle. Here is one of our favorite no equipment at home workouts. If you have equipment available to you, don't hesitate to use it to meet your own needs!

Remember to stretch before and after each workout to prevent injury.

    Green Smoothie

    What You'll Need:

    • 1 cup almond or soy milk
    • 1 1/2 cups fresh spinach
    • 1 banana
    • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
    • 1 teaspoon honey
    • 5-6 ice cubes

Add the milk of choice, spinach, banana, peanut butter, and honey to a blender and blend until smooth. Add more honey to taste. Add the ice cubes and blend until smooth!

Try using vanilla flavored almond/soy milk for a sweeter flavor.
