    At Bella Ella Boutique, we value transparency and efficiency in our payment processes. As a model working with us, you are required to submit an invoice along with your payment request. This document helps us understand the details of the services you provided, streamlines the payment process, and helps us document the payment in our records.

    Why Do You Need to Upload an Invoice?

    An invoice is a commercial document that itemizes and records a transaction between a buyer and a seller. In this case, you (the model) are the seller, and Bella Ella Boutique is the buyer. Submitting an invoice ensures that all the financial details are transparent and agreed upon by both parties.

    Without an invoice, the payment request will not be processed, and it may result in delays in receiving your payment.

    How to Create an Invoice

    1. Header: Include your name or business name, address, and contact information
    2. Client's Details: Add Bella Ella Boutique
    3. Dates: Include the date that the service was performed.
    4. Items: Please include the date you performed the service, and the times you are billing for in the item title/description (as seen in the example). Bill each hour as a quantity (as seen).
    5. Total Amount Due: This is the final amount that Bella Ella Boutique needs to pay.
    6. Payment Terms: Detail the method of payment, along with any additional information like bank details if required.

Simply choose the design that suits your preferences, and customize it with the details mentioned above.


    Final Submission

    Once your invoice is ready, make sure to upload it along with your payment request in the specified section of our online portal. Please double-check all the information to ensure accuracy, as any discrepancies might cause delays in the payment process.
