* All entrants agree that upon submission, any materials submitted to Bella Ella Boutique in application for this nonimation are done so in accordance with all applicable laws. You also hereby grant Bella Ella Boutique an irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual, and unlimited license to use all materials submitted by you as Bella Ella Boutique sees fit, including but not limited to the use of any video, text, image, or other content to be used on social media, in emails, promotional videos, and other formats not outlined here.
Entrants must be of legal age in the US. Bella Ella Boutique has the discretion to cancel any amount to the chosen recipient. If amount is cancelled, and at the discretion of Bella Ella Boutique, a secondary recipient will be chosen to receive the amount.
Bella Ella Boutique reserves the right to evaluate all entrants based on submissions and choose a recipient as they see fit. Submitting a nomination does not guarantee an individual will receive award of any kind. Incomplete nominations will not be considered. Bella Ella Boutique reserves the right to cancel or revoke an award at any time, and for any reason. By submitting a nomination you certify that all information submitted is true and correct, to the best of your knowledge. If a entrant is found to submit information which is untrue or incorrect, illegal, or which disparages the name, image, or likeness of Bella Ella Boutique in any way, nomination will become void.

We want this award to be as fair as possible. This award is not available to any employees of Bella Ella Boutique, relatives to employees of Bella Ella Boutique, or anyone found to have undue influence in the process of awarding the amount.
